Selling a 1972 Honda CB350. I've been riding it since last summer. I got another bike and need room in the garage.
The bike is in great condition. Everything is working, it was just inspected on June 01, 2016 so I know everything works as it should. It is an electric start, but also has a kickstart. There is no rust. The tank has no gunk and is clean on the inside. I changed the handlebars, rewrapped the exhaust and added a third party muffler, got a new battery, cleaned out the gunk in the carbs and changed the fuel lines. Just recently bought a new gasket kit and sealed the left gasket. The bike runs like a dream. I am sad to see it go. I have original handlebars and mufflers -- That'll go with the price. FIM Updates Superbike Racing Homologation Lists for 2013
Tue, 19 Feb 2013The International Motorcycling Federation (FIM) has released an updated list of motorcycles homologated for the 2013 Superbike, Supersport, and Superstock racing season. Notable additions include the new BMW S1000RR HP4, the MV Agusta F3 and the Superbike-spec Ducati 1199 Panigale R. To qualify a production-based racebike for FIM homologations, manufacturers have to meet certain production thresholds.
James Toseland Announces Retirement from Racing
Fri, 09 Sep 2011Two-time World Superbike Champion James Toseland announced his immediate retirement from motorcycle racing due to a debilitating injury to his right wrist. Signed with the BMW Motor Italia racing team, Toseland has been limited to just seven of 20 races in this season’s WSBK Championship due to the wrist injury initially suffered during a private test at Spain’s Aragon circuit in March. After undergoing an operation for the injury, Toseland made two attempts at returning to racing, first at the Miller Motorsports Park round in May and again at the Silverstone round in July.
Report: Honda to Increase NC700 Engine Displacement
Tue, 02 Jul 2013British site Visordown reports Honda will release an updated version of its NC700 series with a larger engine for 2014. The larger versions will reportedly carry an extra 50cc, pushing its displacement to 720cc from the current 670cc used on the NC700X, NC700S and Integra scooter. But why would Honda introduce a larger engine so soon after introducing its NC line in the 2012 model year?
