Honda CB description

I just gave it a quick bath to get the dust off. Was in storage since 1975. Take a good look at the pictures and email me if you have a question. AGAIN TAKE A GOOD LOOK AT THE PICTURES. You can zoom in etc to get a good look. THIS BIKE IS A 1970 NOT A 2013. I bought this one to restore but i'm never going to get to it. Too many projects. Engine and trans are fine and spin freely with compression. Nothing stuck or frozen. No leaks. I have a new battery for it. She just needs to be gone over completely and restored or will make a great Cafe or Bobber project start. No Paypal. Must be paid for in 7 days. Storage is no problem as long as its paid for first. YOU CAN COME SEE IT ANYTIME. 1970 so transferable NY registration paper work only. NY does not issue titles for vehicles built before 1973. Buyer pays and arranges all shipping. You must contact me within 48 hours after buying or it will be relisted. Thanks

EICMA 2013: 2014 Honda VFR800F

Mon, 04 Nov 2013

Gracing the new 2014 VFR800F is traction control, ABS, heated grips, adjustable seat height and self-canceling blinkers. The V-Four-powered machine has been re-tuned  for greater low and mid-range torque, and also receives a new telescopic fork, Pro-arm swingarm, wheels, new, slimmer bodywork and styling. Starting with the 782cc V4-VTEC engine, Honda engineers focused mainly on cam timing and valve duration/overlap to increase low-to midrange power and torque, claiming 104.5 hp @ 10,250 rpm and 55.4 ft-lbs of torque @ 8,500 rpm. Bore and stroke is 72mm x 48mm, with compression ratio of 11.8:1. VTEC valve timing still operates one pair of inlet/exhaust valves per cylinder at low rpm, and then switches to four as revs rise. Honda’s single-mode Traction Control System (TCS) is fitted as standard equipment and is operated from the left handlebar.
