Hello, Up for sale is a 1966 Honda Cb77 superhawk with a clean title and original key in hand! The bike is far from perfect and I'm only selling it because I have too many projects on my hand. It does not run and I'm not sure what's wrong with it. Everything on the bike appears to be original except for the pipes. This would make a great restoration or be used as a great parts bike. The chrome on the tank is in very good condition with just very little pitting in one small area. It comes with a few miscellaneous parts as pictured including the headlight. The odometer shows 6,475 miles. I tried to take as many detailed pictures as possible. I can send you more pictures though of any part of the bike you desire. It is sold AS IS with no warranty express or implied. Local pickup only. Buyer is solely responsible for shipping but I will assist in any way I can. Honda to Unveil Electric Sportbike Concept at Tokyo Motor Show
Thu, 10 Nov 2011Honda is set to unveil seven electric-powered concept vehicles at the upcoming 42nd Tokyo Motor Show, including a sportbike that has piqued our interest. According to Honda, the RC-E concept is a version of a sportbike that “pursues the joy of riding.” Honda says the RC-E will offer a powerful and smooth ride unique to an EV model and features a 250cc-class compact body. We’ll provide more details of the RC-E concept as they become available.
OEMs Plug into Electric Bikes
Sat, 01 Nov 2008KTM introduced its prototype electric motorcycle earlier this week, and electric bike manufacturer Zero Motorcycles almost immediately responded by opening sales on its 2009 Zero X dirt bike (look for our review of the 2008 model next week!). But these two companies aren’t the only ones exploring the possibilities of electric-powered motorcycles. In September, Japan’s largest industrial information journal Nikkei Business Daily reported that both Honda and Yamaha have set target dates for launching their own electric-powered motorcycles.
