Honda CA description

Here is a fully complete 1969 Honda CA160 with only 5755 miles. The bike starts on the first kick, runs perfect, etc. The carbs have been serviced. The original OEM petcock has been rebuilt. New battery. Oil change with straight 30wt oil. Gas tank has been cleaned. ALL OEM.

Original key.
Original chain guard.
Original air filter
Original Manual.
Original Carb boots and air filters.
Original exhaust, minus baffles (or if you prefer I have a shiny OEM pair with baffles in decent shape)
Clean CA Title. Now registered Non-Op - So there are No Fees for the next ten years.
ETC ETC ETC.
I have the original license plate from CA (expired registration to prove this), but will only look to part with that if the buyer is in California.  Otherwise I will be using this for another project I have.

This bike is not a restoration and I am leaving the paint portion up to the next owner. Some people want the original paint with flaws, and I would guess most would paint it. The chrome has shine and some light surface rust spots. Some steel wool should do the trick on most spots. The paint is original, but a full restore will include paint.

This is the perfect bike for someone looking to do a full OEM original restore, or for someone to use as an around town motorcycle.  The tires are very old so please make that be your first investment!  I love the mechanical side of the restores and would prefer to leave the rest to someone else. The only part that was replaced during its time of use was the back tire.

I also have shiny replacement parts (handlebars & rear shock absorbers,), all OEM, and also for sale.

BIKE IS ALSO FOR SALE LOCALLY SO I APOLOGIZE IF THE BIKE SELLS PRIOR TO THE END OF AUCTION.  I WILL NOTIFY BIDDERS IMMEDIATELY IF THAT DOES OCCUR.  THANKS!
