Comes with a transferable extended warranty that covers the engine, transmission, primary drive, suspension, steering assembly, braking system, fuel system, cooling system, electrical system, instrument, gauges, and seals and gaskets for 4 years. Also comes with a transferable service plan that includes all oil changes, 1 replacement back tire, 1 front tire, replacement brakes and all fluids for 20,000 miles. $13,000 OBO



The bike has a custom handle bar, mirrors, grips, front and rear seat, air box cover, rear fender, LED front turn signals, LED brake lights, head light, license plate lights, Power Commander custom fuel map, and black porcelain coated Vance and Hines exhaust pipes. Harley-Davidson Donated $4.5 Million to Various Causes in 2012

Harley-Davidson donated more than $4.5 million to support various charitable groups in 2012. The donations, which include both grants and merchandise, went to several organizations, including those around Harley-Davidson‘s bases in Milwaukee, Wis., York, Pa., and Kansas City, Mo., but also to groups across the nation. The Milwaukee chapter of Habitat for Humanity received a $200,000 grant for its Neighborhood Revitalization Initiative, helping fund housing projects in the Washington Park community.

Forbes Expects Harley-Davidson to Announce Gains for Q3 2011

In anticipation of Harley-Davidson announcing its third-quarter performance in 2011 Forbes.com expects Harley will reveal its third straight quarter of sales growth. The article says that financial analysts expect “earnings of $0.76 per share, up 47.4% from the same quarter of last year.” Additionally, an 18.8% gain in revenues is expected. Interestingly, the article refers to Harley’s motorcycles as “luxury items,” and as such sees Harley’s increased sales and profit as a possible harbinger of an improving U.S.

Harley-Davidson Reports Q2 2011 Results

Harley-Davidson reported a net income of $190.6 million over the second quarter of 2011, thanks to the first year-on-year quarterly improvement in the U.S. market in nearly five years. For the three months ended June 26, 2011, Harley-Davidson’s operating income totaled $301.9 million, a 38.0% increase from the $218.8 million reported in the same period of 2010.
