The 2013 Harley-Davidson Night Rod Special VRSCDX model is an imposing high performance ride. This power motorcycle cruiser has an ergonomically-designed, low-rise drag-style handlebar that places you in an aggressive but comfortable riding position. The H-D Night Rod Special models exhaust has dual Harley mufflers with black end caps. Exhaust shields are also found on the VRSCDX Harley models exhaust. 2011 AMA Pro Vance & Hines XR1200 Champion Chris Fillmore
Tue, 06 Sep 2011Chris Fillmore of Oxford, Mich., has won the 2011 AMA Pro Vance & Hines XR1200 Championship. Fillmore ended the season on a victorious note, winning the 2011 AMA Pro Road Racing season finale at New Jersey Motorsports Park. The Bruce Rossmeyer/Geico racer finished the season with five wins and eight podium appearances in nine races in the Harley-Davidson XR1200 spec racing series.
Harley-Davidson Opens New Asia Pacific Headquarters in Singapore
Thu, 19 May 2011Harley-Davidson has opened a new regional headquarters for the Asian market in Singapore. The new facility will house Harley-Davidson‘s sales, marketing and dealer development operations for its Asia Pacific region. The region office was previously located at Harley-Davidson’s global base in Milwaukee.
Music and Motorcycles Exhibit
Wed, 04 Mar 2009The four-day “Music and Motorcycles” exhibit, presented by the Long Island Music Hall of Fame (LIMHOF), will be on public display at the Lighthouse Harley-Davidson dealership in Huntington Station, NY. The exhibit will feature memorabilia and motorcycles from many inductees from the LIMHOF including, Joan Jett, Billy Joel, Dee Snider, The Ramones, Darryl McDaniel of Run DMC and more. Billy Joel will be supplying several custom bikes, Twisted Sister have agreed to loan one of their motorcycles and a gas tank signed by Jett, Snider, Peter Tork of The Monkees, Gary U.S.
