Harley-Davidson Touring description

This 2014 Street Glide Special is Charcoal Gray Pearl.  I added HD XM radio module, J&M ROKKER XXR EXTREME Custom 630w 4-speaker/amplifier kit $2000.  It has an in-fairing mounted 4 channel ROKKER XXRP amplifier rated @ 157.5w RMS per channel X 4 to provide up to 630w total RMS power.  I purchased the Harley lids with the paint code to match.  There is an LED light kit with many color options and modes, plus I added custom HD grips, new HD brake & clutch levers, custom HD bag lock plates, HD highway pegs.

I purchased the bike used from a private seller in Avon OH with about 1500 miles and financed it through the Harley Davidson Dealer through a program Harley offers where you can buy a bike from a private seller and Harley does all the financing.  Since this bike is financed please do not offer any trades.  I added an extended warranty plus I had the dealer add a HD LED headlight, Jackpot Headers, Rinehart Racing exhaust, HD air intake and the HD tuner and Dyno.  If your looking for a Street Glide with all the extras this is it.  Also has the NAV, the big 6.5" touchscreen with Bluetooth and Iphone cable/holder, cruise control....

Walberg talks with vintage toy expert Noel Barrett about various American-made, antique, cast iron motorcycle toys. Barrett shares the history of these early toys, some tips about how one might tell a reproduction from the real thing, and offers his valuation on several highlighted examples. Walberg also takes a ride on a vintage Harley-Davidson Servi-Car.

2015 Harley-Davidson CVO and Twin-Cooled Models Certified by CARB

Tue, 19 Aug 2014

The California Air Resource Board has released new certification documents revealing most of Harley-Davidson‘s 2015 line-up. The CARB executive orders, required before a motorcycle is allowed to be sold in California, reveal new CVO versions of the Road Glide Ultra and Street Glide, two low versions of the Electra Glide and more models receiving Harley-Davidson’s Twin-Cooled engine. Introduced last year on the Ultra Limited, CVO Limited and Tri-Glide Ultra trike, the Twin-Cooled engine uses liquid-cooling for the cylinder heads, reducing emissions.

Harley-Davdison Museum Opens Tsunami Motorcycle Exhibit

Wed, 24 Oct 2012

From Miyagi Prefecture in Japan to Graham Island in British Columbia, Canada, to Milwaukee, Wis., the motorcycle tossed across the Pacific Ocean by the 2011 Japanese tsunami has landed at the Harley-Davidson Museum. The 2004 Harley-Davidson Softail Night Train owned by earthquake and tsunami survivor Ikuo Yokoyama is now on display at the museum as a memorial to those affected by the March 2011 tsunami. The motorcycle will be preserved in the condition it was in when Canadian beachcomber Peter Mark found it inside a cargo box that washed up on Graham Island in May.
