IT IS PRE-OWNED AND AS-IS NO WARRANTY OVERALL CONDITION: Motorcycle is in very nice condition, it does have 3 small dings on the top of the front fender, a touch up or two on the tour-pak and hard bags. It is a USED motorcycle. Last year it was on a 2,500 mile road trip to Washington, DC. No issues what so ever. There may be other nicks, scuffs and road blemishes and or scratches. I tried to pick out all the flaws but I may have missed something. Does contain general wear from use. The lower portion of the base of the antenna's are crack but still function properly. Always serviced at Local Harley Dealership! 40,000 mile service completed. Both front and rear tires were replaced about 3500 miles ago. Motorcycle is always in climate controlled garage! Battery Tender included!! Factory Security System!! The only reason this bike is up for auction is because I am getting out of riding! Riding a heavy, slow Harley-Davidson XR750, the American daredevil had serious reservations about the jump, admitting the take-off ramp was too short, therefore limiting the bike's speed. But even though the plucky American knew his chances of pulling off the stunt were slim, he was reluctant to disappoint the 80,000-strong Wembley crowd.
