Japanese Bike Shop Giving Away Harley-Davidson with Life-Sized Anime Character

Mon, 15 Apr 2013

Japanese shop Bike-O is holding a draw with a rather unique grand prize: a used 2008 Harley-Davidson Electra Glide with a life-sized figure of anime character Fujiko Mine from the long-running anime and manga series “Lupin III“. Thu, 25 Oct 2012

Harley-Davidson is issuing a recall on all Night Rod Special models from 2012 and some from 2013 because of a potentially loose license plate bracket. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the mounting screws connecting the VRSDCDX‘s license plate bracket to the tail may loosen, potentially causing the plate to rub against the rear tire. This may cause the plate bracket to rotate as well as damage rear brake lines.

Her parents’ New Berlin, WI, home is plastered with hundreds of her drawings, and a painting of hers sold for $5,000 at the MDA Black-N-Blue Ball in May. Local artist and Harley-Davidson designer Mathew Hintz is encouraging her passion.
