Harley-Davidson Touring description

This bike has 56,500 miles on it and it recently got the 50,000 mile service. I bought it from the original owner in August of 2013 and I rode it for 2.5 years and most of the mileage was highway mileage. The 110 motor is noticeable and really moves this bike along down the road. The Grapevine & El Cajon Pass are no problem for this bike. It will pull up big steep hills with two people no problem.

I made some modifications to the bars and seat so that it fits a shorter rider better. The CVO package comes with lots of extras so I didnt need to any.

I have replaced the battery and the new one is under warranty. I also have a battery tender which is a must have for bigger bikes. I put a new latch on the tourpack because the old catch was kind of rinky dink. I also installed new latches. The power locks on the tourpack and saddle bags work fine. I have soft bags that fit inside and I also have the soft protector things that go in there.

Stereo: The 2008 has a problem with the stereo and the stereo basically sits on these bolts and bounces down the road. Eventually the stereo went out and I paid to have it fixed. I also modified the stock stereo to have an iphone lightning plug on it and I have a chrome mount on my bars that fits an iphone 5. The stereo is good to go and I got the bolts a little bigger so it doesn't bounce around like it did. When I had the stereo out of the bike I pulled out the 4 speakers and I installed all new kicker speakers. The sound is crisper and louder now.
