Fall Clearance - Unloading some excess inventory below wholesale value.
This 1200 Sportster would be a great starting point for a XR, or XLCR winter project. This bike was being ridden daily until the engine failed. We have not worked on this bike, we do not know what is wrong with the engine, we do not have a key, and it does not appear to even have an ignition switch. Expect many thing to be worn & cobbled on this old bike, but it is mostly complete, and will be an excellent buy for someone with the knowledge to build a custom ride.

Wisconsin residents are subject to WI sales tax and title/registration charges.  No dealer fees.

New Harley-Davidson Book Ties Together The Company’s Past

Margie Siegal, former columnist for IronWorks Magazine and motorcycle enthusiast has written a book on the history of the world’s most famous motorcycle, Harley-Davidson. Entitled,  Harley-Davidson: A History of the World’s Most Famous Motorcycle, the book ties together the mechanical evolution of the Harley engines, the social history of Harley and the beautiful visuals associated with Harleys in design, advertising, artful photography and collectibles. Harley-Davidson Invites Fan On Red Carpet At Captain America Premiere

Harley-Davidson and Marvel surprised fans at the premiere of Marvel’s Captain America: The Winter Soldier in Hollywood, by inviting them onto the red carpet after it closed. Fans at the event were spontaneously selected to walk and experience the official red carpet and to check out a brand new Street 750 motorcycle along with the stars of the film, who autographed the bike for charity. The Winter Soldier star Chris Evans signs a new Harley-Davidson Street 750 at the premiere in Hollywood, CA.  Following the premiere, Harley-Davidson will donate the bike to Concord Youth Theatre. In its continued partnership with Marvel Comics, Harley-Davidson had six motorcycles at the premiere along the red carpet, where fans took pictures and interacted with actor and musician, Tyler Posey, the official Harley-Davidson commentator and host.
