SHE BOUGHT THIS BIKE NEW, LOWERED IT, EVEN THOUGH IT IS ALREADY A FATBOY LO, IT'S IN THE WEEDS NOW, ADDED A STAGE 1 DOWNLOAD, INSTALLED VANCE AND HINES 2 INTO 1 EXHAUST. CRASHBAR WITH HIGHWAY PEGS BIULT IN, CHANGED BULBS AND LENZ COVERS TO SMOKE. HER HHUSBAND BOUGHT A TRUCK FROM ME AND TOLD ME ABOUT THE BIKE SHE HAD, AT THE TIME IT HAD 28 MILES, THE BIKE IS BRAND NEW IN THE WRAPPER-NOT A BLEMISH, I RODE IT HOME FROM THEIR HOUSE, THAT PUT MORE MILES THAN SHE HAD IN 2 YEARS, THEN I'VE RIDDEN IT AROUND THE SHOP SOME, I'M VARING SPEED TO DO PROPER BREAK IN-FIRST 500 MILES -THEN RECHANGE OIL. Harley-Davidson Delivers Strong Growth For Fourth Quarter And For Full Year
Tue, 29 Jan 2013Harley-Davidson released today its fourth quarter financial statements, revealing the company’s fourth-quarter income from continuing operations was $70.6 million on consolidated revenue of $1.17 billion, compared to 2011 income from continuing operations of $54.6 million on consolidated revenue of $1.18 billion. Fourth-quarter 2012 earnings per share were $0.31, up 29.2% compared to EPS of $0.24 in the year-ago quarter. For the full year, Harley-Davidson income from continuing operations was $623.9 million on consolidated revenue of $5.58 billion, compared to full-year 2011 income from continuing operations of $548.1 million on consolidated revenue of $5.31 billion.
Harley-Davidson Recalls 250,000 Motorcycles for Rear Brake Light Switches
Mon, 24 Oct 2011Harley-Davidson is issuing a recall for 250,757 units from its Touring, CVO Touring and Trike line from model years 2009 – 2012. The rear brake light switch on the models in question may become degraded due to the heat from the exhaust systems. This may affect brake light function and may result in a brake fluid leak.
