Harley-Davidson Road King police description

2003 - 100th anniversary edition - Road King Police with only 12 900 miles. The bike is in excellent condition other than a couple small hard to notice dings it's as close to perfection as one can get. I have the passenger seat that goes in place of the luggage rack and another double seat, an older windshield and the original police rack that replaces the luggage rack. Dunlop white wall tires with only about 1000 miles on them. Runs like new, no issues everything works as it should. I have owned about 50 motorcycles in my life - this being the first Harley, I might not know real technical data, I recommend you google the year and model for that.

When I bought a few years ago I was told it has a stage one kit and some type of a clutch upgrade ?!I'ts truly a nice machine, I just have too many bikes - accordingly to the wife - so I'm down sizing. I would consider trading for a BMW GS adventure 1150 equally good condition and low mileage.

This behemoth, which looks like a work of modern technoart, is called the Screamin' Eagle Milwaukee-Eight 131.

Blues Brothers Too Old for Harley-Davidson 110th Anniversary Celebration?

Fri, 10 May 2013

Comedian Dan Aykroyd says he offered to bring his Blues Brothers act to Harley-Davidson‘s 110th Anniversary celebrations but was turned down because H-D executives said the act was too old for the company’s target demographics. Aykroyd, playing the role of Elwood J. Blues with the late John Belushi playing “Joliet” Jake Blues, posted a statement on his official Facebook page suggesting Elwood is trading in his Harley-Davidson motorcycle for a Can-Am Spyder.
