It was then commissioned to Bikers Dream for its transformation, which is also detailed item by item with an invoice present for each and every piece of custom high grade equipment. No expense was spared in this process, only the best available was implemented. The paint on this masterpiece was commissioned to Deanos Customs. It is far and away the highest quality paint we have seen on a motorcycle. It is Jet Black with a subtle Midnight Pearl. The Cityscape rendition is glow in the dark luminescent. The motor is a 80 Harley Davidson V-Twin has been massaged with the likes of a crane cam and modified carburetor. The motor has many polished billet and chrome plated accessories throughout. Zero Motorcycles Launches Dealer Network
Tue, 12 Jul 2011Zero Motorcycles announced a new network of eight dealerships as the electric motorcycle company begins the transition from an online-based sales model to a traditional showroom sales model. Until now, Zero conducts its sales over the Internet with the help of a system of Independent Representatives around the country who use a handful of demo models instead of actual inventory to showcase the brand. As both demand and production have increased, Zero is ready to adopt a new dealer-based model.
Harley-Davidson Expands H-D1 Bike Builder Tool for All Non-CVO Models
Fri, 08 Jun 2012Harley-Davidson has expanded its online H-D1 Bike Builder customization tool to include more models from its current lineup. The H-D1 Bike Builder allows users to customize motorcycles with parts from Harley-Davidson‘s catalog. The tool was previously only available for Sportster 1200 models but Harley-Davidson has add all of its models except for the high-end Custom Vehicle Operations line.
Pope Francis To Auction Harley-Davidson For Charity
Mon, 21 Oct 2013During Harley-Davidson‘s 110th anniversary celebrations earlier this year, Pope Francis was given not one, but two Harley-Davidsons, a 2013 Heritage Softail Classic and Dyna Super Glide Custom. Not one for gaudy excess (or a motorcycle ride for that matter), Pope Francis has decided to put both up for auction. Specifically, the Pope has donated the bikes to the Caritas charity near Rome.
