1990 Harley-Davidson Ultra Classic , If you're looking for the best deal online on a Ultra Classic Electra Glide this is the one you've been looking for! This 1990 Ultra Classic has had only 2 owners since new. I'm the second owner and purchased it from Gator Harley in LeesBurg Florida in 2001. The bike is very nicely equipped with a Voyager Kit, Evo 80 Cubic Inch 1340cc V-Twin engine, high flow air cleaner, cruise control, cb intercom, highway pegs, custom pin striping, 2 service manuals included one for the bike and one for the voyager kit. Too much to list ,must see to appreciate. There are 4 other 1990 Ultra Classic's for sale on this site for $1,000 more and they don't have a Voyager kit. The bike runs great and I would like to see it go to a good home so I have priced it to sell fast. The feeling rings true today as it did 72 years ago, when Wallace Van Sandt, of Birmingham, Alabama, took delivery of his 1941 Harley-Davidson WLD Special Sport Solo, purchased new in 1940 for $365 (roughly $5800 in today’s money) by his father as a high school graduation gift. The WLD Special Sport Solo was a ringer in its day.

Harley-Davidson Closing Australian Cast Wheel Subsidiary
Thu, 08 Dec 2011Harley-Davidson is closing its cast wheel and hub producing subsidiary New Castalloy, deciding to outsource production to third-party suppliers. Based in Adelaide, Australia, New Castalloy produces about 1,450 wheels and 500 wheel hubs per day for Harley-Davidson. That work will be transferred to outside suppliers by the middle of 2013.
