Harley-Davidson Other description

2008 Harley-Davidson V-Rod , Extremely low mileage V-Rod! Less than 1,100 miles. This bike has been garage kept and never damaged in any way. Hand grips and pegs (both front and back )have both been upgraded with H-D knurled parts for an improved look and feel. The stock exhaust has also been upgraded with H-D Muffler End Caps for a more custom look. Nylon saddlebags with rain covers are also included. An integrated trickle charger is installed and included. This bike also has the larger 1250cc 60-degree V-twin engine that earlier V-Rods did not have. The motor has the added benefits of being both liquid cooled and electronically fuel injected. The title is clean and I am very motivated to sell. If you think you might need financing, I would be willing to sell this bike utilizing the H-D Rider-to-Rider Financing Program at any local dealership. $11,000.00

Want to Buy the Pope’s Harley?

Mon, 13 Jan 2014

In February, Bohnams auction house in Paris will allow both the Catholic and the Harley faithful to bid on a Harley-Davidson Dyna Super Glide owned by none other than Pope Francis, himself. Given to the Pope last year as part of the Harley-Davidson 110th anniversary celebration, the bike was unlikely to become the Popecycle because of the security required to protect the pontiff. The Pope donated the Dyna to the Roman Catholic charity Caritas Roma but not before signing the tank with “Francesco” at a special ceremony at the Vatican last November.
