2003 Harley-Davidson V-Rod , 2003 Harley Davidson 100th Anniversary VRSCA V-Rod with low miles for the year and looks/runs great. I purchased this bike from Conrad's Harley Davidson in IL this spring and everything was checked out before it left. The bike has a new battery as of 5-1-13 along with a trickle charger lead installed. Before the bike left the store they added Bub pipes for me that really sound great. I put a K&N High flow air filter in 7-1-13. On 8-30-13 the bike got new front brake pads (Harley Davidson Pads) and the fluid flushed. At that time I also had a oil change done with AMS Oil. Its built around the race-inspired Revolution engine. A high-revving, liquid-cooled, 115-hp, 60, 1130cc, fuel-injected V-Twin marvel that puts the power in powertrain. We showcase this mechanical wonder in a hydro-formed perimeter frame. Then we rubber-mount and counterbalance it for a smooth ride. Part of the trademark of the V-Rod is the styling of the aluminum bodywork. It pushes the look of the fenders, air box cover and dual scoop radiator cover. A factory security system is now standard. 2011 Indy Mile Cancelled
Fri, 19 Aug 2011Indy Mile officials have decided to cancel this year’s AMA Flat Track round due to the continuing investigation into the fatal stage rigging accident at the Indiana State Fair. The Aug. 13 tragedy killed five people and injured dozens after winds reaching as high as 70 mph caused the stage to collapse.
Harley-Davidson and Best Western Expand Partnership
Wed, 20 Feb 2013Harley-Davidson and Best Western have announced a three-year extension to their partnership which will now expand beyond North America. The two companies have been working together since 2006, providing benefits to customers of both brands. Under the new agreement, Best Western becomes the official lodging partner of Harley-Davidson‘s 110th anniversary celebrations as well as the preferred lodging partner of Harley-Davidson’s rentals and tours division.
