2001 Harley-Davidson Fat Boy , 2 older owners. I bought from first owner in '03 with 1900 miles. 5000 miles in the last 10 years I have owned. Very close to showroom condition. Very visible chrome yellow color .Always garaged and never in rain. Lots of tasteful Harley chrome, Vance and Hines Longshots, HD padded sissy bar (not shown), K&N air filter, factory alarm. This is a very strong running bike. Turn the key and go....needs nothing. Fresh oil and chrome filter change. I'm getting older and don't ride it anymore. Music and Motorcycles Exhibit
Wed, 04 Mar 2009The four-day “Music and Motorcycles” exhibit, presented by the Long Island Music Hall of Fame (LIMHOF), will be on public display at the Lighthouse Harley-Davidson dealership in Huntington Station, NY. The exhibit will feature memorabilia and motorcycles from many inductees from the LIMHOF including, Joan Jett, Billy Joel, Dee Snider, The Ramones, Darryl McDaniel of Run DMC and more. Billy Joel will be supplying several custom bikes, Twisted Sister have agreed to loan one of their motorcycles and a gas tank signed by Jett, Snider, Peter Tork of The Monkees, Gary U.S.
CARB Reveals 2014 Harley-Davidson Models, Including Some “Cool” Surprises
Fri, 16 Aug 2013The California Air Resource Board has issued executive orders on a number of 2014 Harley-Davidson models, revealing much of the Motor Company’s upcoming product lineup. While most of the models listed are familiar, the documents do reveal some gems including possible signs of the long-rumored new liquid-cooled Harley-Davidson engine. The first and least surprising reveal is the disappearance of the 1584cc Twin Cam 96 engine.
US Motorcycle Sales First Half 2011 Results
Thu, 28 Jul 2011The U.S. motorcycle industry saw a 4.6% decrease in year-on-year sales over the first six months of 2011, thanks mostly to a 17.3% drop in ATV sales. Motorcycle and scooter sales however saw a 1.7% bump in the first half .
