Original Paint 1968 Harley Davidson, starts instantly & runs great. This is not the leaky nightmare that you hear the brand X guys referring to. It is an original old classic harley anyone would be proud to own & ride regularly. I am the 3rd owner of this bike. It has had a mustang seat installed for easier passenger hauling, & a clear later Harley windshield, no other aftermarket parts. The original seat is included in the sale, as well as, the original windshield, luggage rack & seat post & seat tee mounting. The mufflers on this machine are the original ones & they sound great. It has new tires, brakes & battery. I have 15 motorcycles & am now in my 60's. it is time to send some to others that can enjoy them as much as I have. A $1,000.00 down payment should be made with paypal within 24 hrs after the end of the auction, it is non-refundable. Remainder of payment can be made with certified check in US Dollars from a US bank or by wire transfer, or cash in person. No other forms of payment. Harley Recalls 25,000 2014 Touring Models
Wed, 16 Oct 2013Harley-Davidson is acting quickly to address potential safety issues by voluntarily recalling certain 2014 Touring motorcycles equipped with a hydraulic clutch system that may pose a safety issue for riders and/or passengers. The recalls include a Do Not Ride notice to owners and a Do Not Deliver notice to Harley-Davidson dealers until the motorcycle is fixed. “The safety of our customers is our highest priority,” said Tony Wilcox, Harley-Davidson General Manager of Motorcycle New Product Delivery.

Wed, 09 Apr 2014Bruce Edmiston was a Harley-Davidson test rider for over 20 years. In that time, he estimates he’s racked up well north of 500,000 miles on a wide variety of motorcycles from many different parts of the world. He retired from Harley-Davidson in 2009, but the prospect of helping Motus develop an all-American sport-tourer was just the opportunity he needed to come out of retirement and utilize his test riding expertise.
