1983 Harley-Davidson Fxr GRAND TOURING EDITION, I am the original owner of this low mileage FXRT. It is in very good condition, needing only your color choice. It has after market headers, an oil cooler, and an S&S top end.. My late wife would not let me ride it or sell it?! It sat in the garage for over 20 years before I had it restored to its current condition. My new wife will not let me ride it, but she wants me to sell it! My loss it your gain. I just recently had some body work done on one saddlebag and the fairing. The pictures with the gray primer are the after pictures. Mon, 28 Sep 2009Two weeks ago, I took a break from my regular duties gathering news for Motorcycle.com to fly to Germany to cover the 2009 Frankfurt Auto Show for our sister site AutoGuide.com. For two hectic days, AutoGuide editor Colum Wood and I scrambled across the massive 6.2 million square foot Messe Frankfurt trade fair compound, running from press conference to press conference to get the latest on exotic sport cars, futuristic concept models and international unveilings from the automotive world. It was heaven for car lovers, but for me, it meant fighting my way through hordes of photogs, auto-journalists and car show models to get the first photos of four-wheeled goodies from MINI, Ferrari and Lotus.

In the contest’s three-year history, the combined margin of victory stands at just over two tenths of a second. Harley’s Ed Krawiec is 2011 NHRA Pro Stock Motorcycle Champ
Mon, 14 Nov 2011Harley-Davidson Screamin’ Eagle/Vance & Hines rider Ed Krawiec is the 2011 NHRA Pro Stock Motorcycle world champion. Krawiec clinched the title with a second-round win at the Automobile Club of Southern California NHRA Finals at Auto Club Raceway that eliminated Lucas Oil Buell rider Hector Arana Jr., the only rider in the field with a chance to overtake Krawiec for the championship. Krawiec advanced to the final round and lost to his Harley-Davidson Screamin’ Eagle/Vance & Hines teammate Andrew Hines, who finished the season third in points.
