Harley-Davidson Dyna description

Up for sale is my 2001 Harley Davidson FXDWG 2, Willie G CVO Dyna Wide Glide. AKA Switchblade. I bought this bike a little less than a year ago from owner who's son past away and Dad kept bike in garage for years. It was originally from Cali and had some pitting in the chrome from the sea air. I bought bike and took off every piece that was affected by the pitting and replaced with all new parts. I have spent over $7000 on this bike getting it where it is today and i have reciepts to prove everything. I also just rebuilt the whole motor and bumped it up to a 95ci. I put brand new Weisco forged pistons and rings, had jugs bored to match. Had the heads ported and polished and installed S&S adjustable push rods and springs and retainers. Screaming eagle 257 Cams. Dynatek adjustable ignition. S&S Super E carb modified to meet engine specs. S&S Intake. Bassani Pro Street full exhaust. Screaming Eagle plug wires. Brand new Pirelli Night Dragon tires front and rear. Had bike completely torn down and had all services done from front to back. Also new CVO billet rear shocks. Way better ride than stock. Also bike is pictured with original ostrich seat, intake in that pic is no longer on bike. It was terrible! Also comes with Corbin solo seat and back rest. Seat has wear and some cracking but is super comfy. Rear rest is like new. Spent thousands in chrome from Kuryakyn as you can see. Bike does have a small dent in the tank, I show it in the pics the best that i can. Dent does did not penetrate through the paint, it is a paintless repair. Clean and clear title. I will answer any and all questions you may have, Thank you!

Airhawk Introduces DS Comfort Seating System For Dual Sport Bikes, Bikes With Narrow Seats

Fri, 16 May 2014

Airhawk, Inc., has introduced the DS Comfort Seating System, a cushion designed specifically for motorcyclists who ride dual sport bikes or bikes with narrower seats. Features of the DS cushion include a narrow front to match the seat profile of most dual sport/adventure bikes and bikes with narrow seats.  A tapered-down front minimizes unwanted pressure on the scrotum, and a heavy-duty hold-down strap system ensures a secure fit to the bike.  The DS also works well with narrow customized or aftermarket seats that have been installed for the purpose of getting the rider lower to the ground.

Milwaukee’s The Iron Horse Hotel

Tue, 19 May 2009

Historically speaking, the kinds of places that have openly accepted or invited motorcycle enthusiasts and their bikes were lacking in a number of areas. While they may have been convenient and offered motorcycle-friendly amenities, they did so with little comfort or luxury. On the other hand, accommodations on the higher end of the spectrum were pretentious and inconvenient for storing bikes and gear.
