Ducati Superbike description

Well unfortunately due to a move, I am letting go of my nearly brand new 2013 1199 S Panigale. I picked it up approximately a month ago from a dealer that had it left in stock in their inventory. I recently had an opportunity come up with work that I cannot pass up. My loss, is 100% someone else's gain here. The bike comes with Termignoni slip ons that I had installed by my dealer, which includes the up-map (I have the up-map key as well which lets you return the bike to stock if you'd like). I installed the New Rage Cycles fender eliminator kit as well as a carbon fiber tank protector.

The bike is as clean as you can find, looking still like it just came off the showroom floor. I have legitimately had the chance to take it out for 3 rides and it sounds amazing and makes my former 848 Evo Corse seem like a joke.

Along with the extras already installed on the bike, I have all of the stock parts, as well as the rear seat and pegs which are not currently installed on the bike. Including all of this with it! Your chance to own what would have cost you $26,000 new, for significantly less!

It's never been down, never been tracked! Hasn't even had its first service yet.

This is the S model which mean it comes with the electronic suspension, traction control, quick shift, and much more! The LED headlights are incredible when driving at night.

Please note, shipping must be arranged by you, and I require a $500 deposit within 24 hours of the auction completing.

I will only accept payment in the form of a certified bank check, wire deposit, Google Pay or PayPal.

Please note: I do reserve the right to end this auction at any time, for any reason.

Capirossi Announces Retirement at Conclusion of 2011 Season

Thu, 01 Sep 2011

Loris Capirossi announced he will retire at the end of the 2011 MotoGP season, closing off a quarter century of racing including 22 years at the Grand Prix level and three World Championships. “It’s an important moment in my career, and the decision I made has come about after a lot of reflection,” says Capriossi. “I’m happy that after 25 years, of which 22 were in the world championship, I’m at a point where I can still have a smile on my lips as I part ways, even if it’s difficult to think that I won’t be riding a bike next year.” The announcement was made during a press conference at Misano for the upcoming San Marino Grand Prix, the final Italian stop of the 2011 season.

Should this Ducati Video be Rated R?

Wed, 13 May 2009

I’m feeling a little uncomfortable after watching Ducati’s recently posted “Colour Therapy” video.  Are you prepared to watch a Ducati technician strip a Ducati Monster of it’s plastic to reveal it’s true nakedness?  Cover your eyes if you are under 18. Ducati posted this video on YouTube to promote their “Colour Therapy”.  “Colour Therapy” is there way of customizing the colour of your Ducati Monster motorcycle with an easily interchangeable kit that is available at Ducati dealerships.  I have personally picked out a new colour for the Ducati that I don’t own. Hit the jump to see how a Ducati technician strips a Ducati Monster to “re-dress” it with some new colours.

Report: Audi-Ducati Announcement May Come Next Week

Wed, 11 Apr 2012

The Volkswagen Group‘s courtship of Ducati may come to an end next week with Audi formally announcing its purchase of the Italian manufacturer as soon as April 18. That’s the day before the annual shareholders’ meeting for the Volkswagen Group, Audi’s parent company. Reuters reports Audi has completed its assessment of Ducati and found no hiccups that would curtail a buyout.
