The Ducati Diavel Dark comes with a tasty black paintjob and is powered by a strong 162 hp engine especially developed to deliver top notch performances and mind blowing acceleration. The bike features a sporty design language with muscular lateral radiators and an imposing 240 section rear tyre. The Ducati Diavel Dark is built on Ducati’s signature Trellis frame which uses large diameter, light gauge tubing with two lateral die-cast aluminium sections that flow into the rear subframe. The Diavel incorporates the company’s electronic Riding Modes – Urban, Touring and Sport. The three modes are enabled by combining technologies such as Ride-by-Wire (RbW) and Ducati Traction Control (DTC), and can be selected by means of the left-hand switchgear even while riding. The bike sits on 17 inch, 14-spoke wheels shod in front 120/70 ZR 17 Pirelli Diablo Rosso II and rear 240/45 ZR 17 Pirelli Diablo Rosso II tires. Financing is available with approved credit! Rossi, Pedrosa Fastest In Second Sepang MotoGP Test
Fri, 28 Feb 2014Valentino Rossi and Dani Pedrosa topped the time sheets at the conclusion of the second MotoGP test at the Sepang track in Malaysia. Both clocked identical times of 1:59.999 to become the only riders to dip under the two minute mark the entire test. The hot and humid conditions in Sepang meant times wouldn’t be faster than they were in the first test here only a few weeks prior, and indeed, Rossi and Pedrosa’s time is 0.466 second slower than the fastest lap Marc Marquez set at the last test.
European Union Approves Audi Acquisition of Ducati
Tue, 03 Jul 2012The European Union has granted approval of Audi‘s acquisition of Ducati, removing any legal barriers to the sale. The approval was expected, but an official decision was nevertheless required before the transaction could proceed. The acquisition was announced in April but the deal was still subject to examination by anti-trust authorities.
Casey Stoner's trick kart
Thu, 19 Apr 2012The other day Casey Stoner tweeted this shot of this factory looking kart, which the reigning champion has been customising during the MotoGP downtime between Qatar and Jerez. Stoner became hooked on karting after taking part in the ice-race at the Ducati/Ferrari Vrooom event in 2009, beating F1 driver Felipe Massa in the process. Not only a hobby, Casey uses karting for training, as the Australian says there are physical benefits as well as to his reflexes.
