Ducati STREETFIGHTER description

2010 Ducati Streetfighter 1098 with 1029 miles.  Purchased Brand New March of 2015 and came with the factory 2 year warranty.  So, yes, this bike is still covered under the warranty until March of 2017. Garage kept and with a battery tender. Installed is a Puig Windscreen, Sargent seat (comes with original seat that was never used), rear cowl (comes with rear passenger seat and a Hepco and Becker rear carrier that pops right in place of the rear seat or cowl).  Comes with TuneBoy software and hardware (never used)  Will tune below 3500 rpm which most others will not.  Oil and filter was changed at 150 miles and again at 650 miles.  Right now the bike is due for it's first 1k service. I have had no issues with this bike. I absolutely love it but have too many bikes and may be moving relatively soon. so i'm afraid i have to let it go.  Has a title showing a lien, but i have the lien release letter to go along with it.  CLEAN TITLE.  Why settle for the 848 when you can have the 1098 for less money and still with a factory warranty!

Streetfighter 848, with added bling

Thu, 29 Sep 2011

Now, you could hardly accuse the Streetfighter of not being good-looking, but for those of you who want a little more, Ducati have - of course - produced a range of aftermarket accessories to add a bit of bling to the already fairly tasty Streetfighter 848.Most of the Japanese aftermarket add-ons (or genuine accessories as they're known) are either too conservative or remarkably pointless. Let's take the fake-carbon clock surround on the CBR600RR or body-coloured pillion seat hump on the R1 as examples from a list of thousands. However, the bits bolted onto this Ducati look the part and give it an extra air of brutality and not a single centimetre of rim tape in sight.Check out the pics below; that seat unit is a work of art.

848 Challenge: Official race report, Snetterton 300

Mon, 28 May 2012

Mike Edwards put a disappointing start to the season behind him with a win and a second place at Round Three of the Ducati 848 Challenge at the Snetterton BSB weekend. With a gritty ride to victory in Race One and a late charge to third in Race Two, Edwards (Ohlins @ P&H Motorcycles) managed to keep his championship hopes alive following a run of uncharacteristic crashes at the last two rounds.   Edwards said before Race One that he was going for a “win it or bin it” attitude this weekend as he desperately needed to make up the points he missed out on at Assen.
