2006 Ducati Monster S2R, Up for sale is my 2006 Ducati S2R100. Here are the highlights: -4,003 miles with regular maintenance and upgrades performed by myself -Arrow Full Carbon exhaust -Engine CPU upgrade -Rizoma handles/throttle (throttle not yet installed but I can install prior to sale) -Rizoma Senso black on black mirrors (not installed, originals not installed either since I am a look-and-see rider will re-install prior to sale if desired) -Rear tail chop and plugs along with smoked LED tail light with integrated turn signals -Reusable stainless steel oil filter I recently changed the oil and brake fluids. It's being put together by a small team of people headed by former MCN editor and lifelong fan of British engineering, Jim Lindsay. "The driving force behind the project," says Lindsay, "Is to showcase some of the amazing expertise that exists in the British motorcycle industry." Enigma is being designed as a sharp-handling road bike with all-day comfort as one of the key goals.

Tue, 31 May 2011Carlos Checa extended his lead in the 2011 World Superbike Championship, winning both races at Utah’s Miller Motorsports Park. The Althea Ducati racer recorded his second double of the season and now has six wins in ten races. Checa also scored the double in Utah in 2008 when Miller Motorsports Park made its debut on the WSBK calendar.

Fri, 14 Jan 2011Motorbike cognoscenti recognize the Vyrus name, the Italian brand producing exotic sportbikes based on the amazing hub-center-steered Bimota Tesi. The Vyrus story begins when Bimota filed for bankruptcy in the early 2000s. Vyrus principal Ascanio Rodorigo, a former Bimota employee, began producing his version of the Tesi after Bimota let its patents expire while it was in bankruptcy.
