Chopper Chopper description

2004 Custom Chopper built on an Amen 250 chassis and outfitted with ALL the bells and whistles!

This gorgeous bike was built in 2004 to my exacting specifications. I invested over $40,000 in top-shelf parts. The bike is a bright red base with beautiful hand-painted women adorning the frame. Your butt will be cradled by a custom-built tan leather Corbin seat and spectators will be blinded by the tons of chrome! Open up the 113" El Bruto engine to make the Ness pipes ROAR!
  • Chassis: Amen 250 with drop-seat frame (Harley-Davidson style)
  • Rake: 8" stretch up and 2" out at 47 degrees
  • Suspension: Legend air-ride (The height of the seat is only 24".  If you let all the air out of the suspension it will sit on the ground.)
  • Motor: 113" (1900cc) El Bruto w/compression releases for starting, generating 120 hp and 120 ft-lb torque
  • Less than 1000 miles (Current odometer reads 856 as of this listing)
  • Big Dog coil cover/upper motor mount
  • S&S Super G carburetor
  • 6-speed transmission
  • Headwinds headlight
  • 3" BDL belt drive with reinforced cover to offset torque
  • Ness pipes
  • 240 Avon rear tire (great condition)
  • Gel battery (fully charged)
  • D&D gas tank with 5" stretch and hidden gas cap
  • Custom tan leather Corbin seat (I took it to Corbin in Hollister and they constructed the seat per my requirements)
  • Custom paint with up to 10 coats of paint to account for each color, hand-painted by a Hollywood-stars painter
  • Some minor cosmetic blemishes (chrome on front fork and front rim and needs to be polished, small chip in clear coat on tank due to falling tool)
  • Front tire needs to be replaced
  • Licensed in CA and is non-op at this time.  All receipts for parts and labor will be included to buyer.
  • All hoses have been replaced, master cylinder on front wheel has been rebuilt, carburetor has been rebuilt - all within the last couple weeks by builder
About the builder: Jeff Wilson of Wilson Custom Choppers was featured on the cover of Easyriders magazine. He is the one riding in the videos below.

The build will be on OCC at some point this year, not many other details at this point. Hit the jump to watch the unveiling video.

Custom Choppers for Allstate Insurance by Ness, Perewitz, Fairless Unveiled at Bike Week

Tue, 13 Mar 2012

Mega stars of the custom chopper world Arlen Ness, Dave Perewitz and Rick Fairless have each built a one-off custom motorcycle for Allstate Insurance Co. Each bike embodies themes representing Allstate’s involvement in the motorcycle community, like the company’s motorcycle awareness program called Once is Never Enough (ONE), which Fairless incorporated into his design. A fourth motorcycle, a Victory Cross Country customized by Ness, is the grand prize in Allstate’s national sweepstakes (www.allstate.com/motosweepstakes).
