Chopper Chopper description

The motorcycle is a beautiful machine, built by Dave Dubois Custom Cycles and won the best new builder of the year in 2005 at Myrtle Beach. The motorcycle starts off with a 124 CC S&S engine with knurled heads. A S&S super G carburetor with Crane-Hi-4 ignition. The chassis was built by Pro-Street with front end rack angle is 47 degrees. Legend air ride is the suspension. The brakes are Pro-One 4 pistons. Samson Exhaust and Extreme Machine wheels. All custom paint work. Throttle control cables and brake hydraulics lines are hidden in the handle bars for a clean look. LED turn singles have been added since the purchase.

According to the New York Post, David Letterman is a big motorcycle fan and could watch the same bike being built all week long. One of Letterman’s bikes did appear in the September 2008 issue of American Iron Magazine and he also wrote the forward to Paul Teutul Sr.’s new book “The Ride of a Lifetime” so I guess he walks the walk and talks the talk.
