BSA Other description

This bike is a snapshot of choppers in the past, Everything on this bike is in like new condition. I have receipts for the chopper goodies on this bike, from Instant Chopper in mid Michigan. I have the title, the original Corbin Gentry MSO tag and paper. Everything on this bike is pretty much Corbin Gentry. it's a really nice assembly of catalog chopper parts put together with a rebuilt motor. I doubt it was ridden much since assembly. It has lectron Carbs made in Troy Michigan. Excellent molding on the frame over all the welds and joints. You can call / text me at 9895514801 I can deliver/ meet half way. It will fit in the back of an extended cab bed on an angle.

It's a beautifully running bike with one flaw. The kicker gear is worn and it may do this every 5 kicks, may do it every 20 kicks, though the bike usually starts in 1-2, but the kicker wont go down, you just put the bike in gear and rock it and it frees it back up. BSA's are known to do this, it's something you can live with or pull the cover off and file the gear.

I also have some more items included not pictures, a clear points cover, new points and condensers,  air filters, speedo delete, tach block off plate, and some cool pentagon NOS grips.

Man Builds Sidecar from Bathtub

Thu, 23 Apr 2009

Back in 1997, an unusual motorcycle appeared on the front page of the Bristol Evening Post. Unable to afford a costly traditional sidecar, bus driver Alan Iles of Bedminster opted to build his own, using a bathtub. Twelve years later, the 1959 650cc BSA is still going and has been ridden all over Europe to help raise money for Cancer research and various charities, for which he has raised thousands of British pounds.
