BMW R-Series description

Up for auction is my All Original 2004 BMW R1200CL. This model was only produced for 2 years and is destined to become a classic!

It has 25k miles and runs excellent! Comes with the factory AM FM/CD stereo. The ABS brakes are awesome! I really like the electronic factory cruise control. Front tire is about 20% life left and rear tire is new. There are some scratches on the fairing and slight bubbling on right side saddlebag.

This bike rides and runs great! They are also getting harder to find.  I have the title in hand. Must be paid for and picked up within 7 days. Prefer cash. There is no warranty.

BMW Announces Recall Campaign for K1600 Family Motorcycles

Fri, 25 Feb 2022

The recall concerns all 2019-2020 BMW K1600 models due to the risk of rear suspension link failure caused by a manufacturing defect - the strength of the part does not meet the factory requirements. This linkage may be destroyed during normal road use, causing the rear of the motorcycle to fall onto the rear wheel. BMW dealers this spring will begin notifying owners of motorcycles that are subject of the recall campaign to visit an authorized dealership for a rear suspension linkage replacement.
