BMW R-Series description

You are looking at a 1967 BMW R60/2. This is a triple numbers matching bike, which means the VIN plate, frame number, and engine number all match #1810569. I am listing this bike as a non running project.  The engine turns over and is not locked up. There are a few areas with small surface rust, the paint is not perfect, but it does add character. I took pictures of the 2 dents on the headlight rim.

No warranties expressed or implied , and an as is where is sale. Feel free to have the motorcycle inspected if you like.  All sales are final, and there are no refunds or returns, and inspections are recommended. Bike comes with a clear title that matches the bike VIN. Full payment is due within 7 days after the auction has ended. Buyer must also contact me within 2 days after the auction has ended to set up a time for payment and pickup. Bike must be picked up in Chicago, IL. As long as the bike is paid for in full within 7 days after the auction has ended then we can discuss a pick up date, but would like it picked up as soon as possible. We will help load but buyer pays for the shipping costs.

Thank you for considering our Airhead! Happy bidding!
**we will not ship internationally. This is the relist of our bike because the winners last time were in The Ukraine.

While enthusiasts are gearing up for delivery of their new bikes there is a place for them to enthusiastically discuss their new purchase, or perhaps, for those who have not yet purchased, a sounding board for their thoughts.

2013 BMW HP4 Pricing Released

Fri, 05 Oct 2012

A few weeks ago we tested BMW’s scintillating new HP4 version of the S1000RR, and we were blown away by the incredible competency of this class-leading superbike for the street, including its new semi-active Dynamic Damping Control suspension. What we didn’t know then was how princely a sum BMW would demand in its MSRP, but now we know. Initially, BMW announced U.S.
