BMW Other description

Just like James Bond's bike in Tomorrow Never Dies only nicer and never jumped between tall buildings.Helping a friend sell this 2000 R1200C BMW Cruiser with just 6,4xx miles from new and his 2003 R1150R with only 2,5xx miles (last photo is the R1150R). Both bikes were bought by him new. I believe the color on the C is called Ice Blue Has ANTI-LOCK BRAKING SYSTEM, lots of chrome accessories plus OEM Quick Detach Saddlebags.NO issues, clear titles on both and, if you're a NV resident, there's NO sales tax.The photos pretty much speak to the condition and care of the bikes, call or TEXT me if you have any questions or would like to see them.eMails without a phone number will be deleted and I've noticed CL eMails tend to go to the spam folder anyway., Jack$7000 for the R1200C$6950 for the R1150R

Now, as part of the EICMA 2013 show, the rest of the world media and the public who are lucky enough to be in Milan get a chance to throw a leg over one.

The survey, which will appear on the April 2013 issue of Consumer Reports, says one in three BMW owners reported experiencing a major problem with their bikes in the last four years. Harley-Davidson owners were slightly better, with one in four reporting serious issues.

Around the world on a Multistrada

Tue, 07 Jun 2011

Ever since Ewan McGregor and Charley Boorman rode their BMW’s around the world it seems anyone with a ‘GS’ has an open ticket to ride around the world and then write about it. And fair enough, if I could afford the bike and the trip then I’d be gone as well. Obviously, BMW reaped the rewards when Ewan and Charlie showcased what their GS could really do, changing BMW’s image from solid but stuffy, to solid and cool overnight.
