2011 BMW R1200RT, What a great find. A 2011 R1200RT with the most complete build you can get from the factory. In addition to the factory equipment the previous owner added the BMW Navigator IV, BMW tank bag and Ilium Works highway pegs. Pictured on the bike is a Cee Bailey windscreen which will be included with the bike. After the photos were taken we replaced it with the original stock windscreen. The Netherlands hosted a dramatic weekend of World Superbike racing that featured a red-flagged wet race, several riders crashing while leading, a first-time race winner, a photo finish between two teammates and the reigning World Champion finishing out of the points because of a poor choice of tires. The 2011 WSBK Champion Carlos Checa arrived at Assen with the lead in the championship and a three-race winning streak, but opting to run wet tires in Race Two cost him the lead and may have contributed to a crash that severely injured Liberty Racing‘s Brett McCormick. 46,061 Motorcycles Stolen in US in 2012

An average of 126 motorcycles were stolen in the U.S. every day in 2012, according to a report released by the the National Insurance Crime Bureau. That’s from a total of 46,061 motorcycles reported stolen that year a 1.3% improvement from the 46,667 motorcycles reported stolen in 2011.
