Loved everything about this bike. Perfect blend of speed and comfort. This is everything you would want for an everyday rider. Regularly serviced. Never laid down. Just had a tune up at the start of this season (new tires, final drive pivot adjustments, oil change). She is running great. Keeps up with CBR 1000 no problemo! New naked BMW spotted on track days
Sat, 03 Sep 2016The future generation of the "1-liter" naked BMW S1000R was spotted during the development tests on the territory of the German racing "ring" Oschersleben. Apparently, the Bavarian streetfighter will receive a number of technical solutions that his older brother, the BMW S1000RR, was endowed with a couple of years ago. Just as the current generation of the SR was created on the base of the previous SR-era, the 2017 modification will actually become a stripped version of today's sportbike.

For 2012, BMW enters the lucrative scooter segment with a pair of twin-cylinder maxi-scoots claimed to combine the agility and comfort of a scooter with the riding qualities of a motorcycle.
