Like buying a new 1994 BMW, superb condition as shown in the photos....when we got the bike we flushed the tank, cleaned the petcocks and rebuilt the carbs with new o rings and floats...we then synced the carbs....also added a new battery and flushed the front brake system...the bike starts and runs good, it does everything it is supposed to do......you would have no problem riding this bike home......

2013 Long Beach International Motorcycle Show Report

Today the motorcycle press descended upon the Long Beach Convention Center to attend media day at the annual International Motorcycle Show. After feasting from a continental breakfast buffet the discerning journalists set to the task of reporting on the bounty of new model motorcycles – most of which has been previously showcased in our November EICMA reporting. BMW introduced two updated models of maxi-scooters C650 Sport and C 650 GT. In addition to the new suspension, traction control and other systems, the Bavarians introduced the "electronic assistant" Side View Assist. Both models received a new dashboard and several color options.

This leather-coated BMW R51/3 bobber was created by its owner Hugo Ferraro, thanks to help from a Greek leathersmith, Elias Dairis. You either love it or can't stand it. The bike features a custom-made fuel tank, a leaf-spring front-end, standard wheels, a lighter crank and pistons and a hot cam.
