BMW F-Series description
The motorcycle was purchased from a friend in RI three years ago and was hardly ridden as it's one of three BMW motorcycles in the family. It is in great condition with only 9,945 miles and is fully serviced. The tires are new with approximately 300 miles since they were installed two years ago at Max BMW in CT. The Battery is two years old, she starts right up and runs well!

Liquid-Cooled 2015 BMW R1200R Spied
Fri, 10 Jan 2014German site MotorradOnline.de has published a spy photo of what appears to be a new liquid-cooled BMW R1200R prototype undergoing testing. The production model should arrive for the 2015 model year, with the official unveiling likely to take place at the Intermot show in Cologne in October. The spy photo shows the top of the test bike, with the engines, wheels and exhaust hidden behind a railing.
2012-2013 BMW S1000RR Recalled for Loose Side Stands
Mon, 17 Dec 2012BMW has initiated a recall on the 2012 and 2013 S1000RR because the side stands may not have been correctly installed. According to Transport Canada, the side stand attachment bolts may loosen, causing an S1000RR to fall over while resting on the stand. At the moment, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has yet to announce a recall, but American members of Motorcycle.com‘s S1000RR Forum say U.S.
BMW Maintains Sales Momentum into 2014
Tue, 11 Feb 2014After three straight years of record motorcycle sales, you’d think things would eventually start slowing down for BMW. Instead, the German manufacturer continues to roll on the throttle with an impressive start to 2014. BMW announced sales of 5,438 motorcycles and scooters in January, up from the 4,818 motorcycles sold in the same month in 2013.
