EBR 1190 Wins 2011 European Superbike Championship
Wed, 02 Nov 2011Harald Kitsch and the Pegasus Race Team has won its second championship on the EBR 1190RR, capturing the 2011 European Superbike open race class title. The championship follows Kitsch’s win in the 2010 Sound of Thunder V-Twin Championship on the Erik Buell Racing racebike. While the Sound of Thunder championship was won against other V-Twin machines, the European Superbike class included sportbikes from the Japanese Big Four, BMW, Aprilia and Ducati.
Aprilia SRV850 Maxi-Scooter Gets Optional ABS and Traction Control
Wed, 20 Jun 2012Aprilia announced it will produce a new version of the SRV850 maxi-scooter with an anti-lock braking system and traction control. The Aprilia SRV850 ABS/ATC is the latest scooter from the Piaggio Group to include both technologies, following the Piaggio BV350 and the Piaggio X10. The Aprilia SRV850 uses a sensors located in both wheels.

Sat, 26 Jun 2010I was delving around old press kits and found this Aprilia Enjoy, electric push-bicycle from 10 years ago. It had a top speed of around 20mph and a range of (probably) about 25 miles. But who cares?
