2010 Aprilia Rsv4 , 1 owner from new, all service records from Barney's and less than 7,500 miles. Bike was meticulously maintained, 93 octane or higher and full synthetic oil. Also has over 3 grand in upgrades including carbon fiber Akropovic FACTORY racing exhaust with titanium piping, also has Puig double bubble tinted race screen, ASV shorty levers, fully integrated smoked out tail light, LED running lamps under headlights, clear front turn signals and HID Bi-Xenon headlights with ballasts. All stock parts are included as well. Nearly new Michelin pilot power 190 rear tire with less then 200 miles on it. Completely clear title (no accidents) however there is minor cosmetic damage to the right tank fairing and engine case from tip over! Absolutely NO MECHANICAL DAMAGE! Price is reflective of minor damage, current blue book for stock version of this bike is $12k. The only reason for sale is because I am moving to Dublin, Ireland. Asking $8300. I will include a barely worn (one winter only) Alpinestars color matching leather race jacket. EBR 1190 Wins 2011 European Superbike Championship

Harald Kitsch and the Pegasus Race Team has won its second championship on the EBR 1190RR, capturing the 2011 European Superbike open race class title. The championship follows Kitsch’s win in the 2010 Sound of Thunder V-Twin Championship on the Erik Buell Racing racebike. While the Sound of Thunder championship was won against other V-Twin machines, the European Superbike class included sportbikes from the Japanese Big Four, BMW, Aprilia and Ducati.

Piaggio Reports Q1 2012 Results

Increased scooter sales offset a drop in motorcycle sales, but both segments reported increases in net sales for the Piaggio Group in the first quarter of 2012. According to Piaggio‘s first quarter report, the Group sold 9,400 motorcycles worldwide, down 8.2% from the 10,300 units sold in the same quarter last year. Scooter sales however saw a 7.9% increase to 79,200 units from 73,400 units.
